We have reserved from the beginning the right to choose our models according to objective criteria. In this case, you really have no reason to be discouraged, if you consider that you would not be beautiful enough to go to the interview. You don’t have to feel weird if you aren’t enough or you don’t have exactly the perfect shapes as a model.
Skills & Qualities
We never framed the girls according to some predetermined patterns. We have no specific preferences for blondes, redheads or brunettes. The requirements of the sites we collaborate with are the following: a pleasant physical appearance and age between 18 and 35 years. We believe that all women are special, regardless of hair or skin colour.
Otherwise, we rely a lot on the degree of attractiveness, charisma, but also the intelligence of each one. Knowledge of English can even be considered a distinguishing criterion in our case.
As we talked about attractiveness, we do not perceive it as strictly related to body beauty. We started to realise this when we met in interviews with many beautiful girls, but who actually failed to convey anything, did not create that pleasant effect left behind by charismatic and relaxed people. It matters a lot to us that, the chosen ones have that “wow” factor, which makes the user talk as much and more as possible with them, to be practically enchanted by their person.
In addition, communication skills are vital. You need to know English at least as a beginner (we will help you improve it by the time), and through training you will learn what you could do to be more interesting in the eyes of visitors and other little tricks like this. You have to believe in yourself at the same time. You must feel inside yourself a strong person, eager to assert himself and stand out.
We want the girls we work with to transform easily, with a lot of care on our part, into really strong and independent women. We also want to tell them that they should not be afraid to assert their femininity. There is absolutely nothing shameful or wrong in this. On the contrary, any woman should get to this point.
