Rich and Pretty
Most of the models who want to work in our studio are students; which is why a part-time work schedule is ideal. By this way, you can go to college, you can study for exams and in the same time, you can easily support yourself with some extra money from the web cam modelling.
However, is it really profitable to work as a part-time web cam model?
Surely, you have seen some images or videos on the social media with web cam models. What you haven’t seen is the work behind those fabulous sums.
In general, a model that earns over 3000 pounds per month works at least 40 hours per week, so it’s a full time program. Of course, there are situations in which you can achieve this performance if you are lucky enough to meet a member who will spoil you with tips or spends with you all your working schedule on private.
Well, but these cases are really rare and, especially as a beginner model, you cannot rely only on your luck.
If you do not have experience as a model or you are new on a certain site, it will need time for members to get to know you, gather votes, reviews and form a constant base of loyal members who will return to you daily. This is almost impossible if you only work few hours a day.
In addition, most of the web cam sites, promote models that are serious and are constantly evolving, which is totally normal as if you are offline, you cannot be promoted. The more time you spend online, the higher your chances of making big money are. You cannot make money while you are offline.
In conclusion, the moment you notice your potential of working hard and being serious, you will realise that the higher your earnings are, the more you will want it.
Part-Time vs. Full-Time – Earnings
Another way, you can choose the ideal working schedule for you, is to ask yourself how much you want to earn.
What is the monthly amount of money that would satisfy and motivate you?
Think of it this way: A Part-Time beginner earns, on an average, 10 pounds per hour. A simple calculation, on a part-time program of 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, results that you will have a total revenue of 800 pounds per month. Of course, of this amount, a percentage of approximately 50% is deducted from the taxes and the commission that will go to the studio you work with. So, you will be left with 400 pounds.
In comparison, a model beginner, who works full time as, 8 hours a day will earn 20 pounds per hour, so, 3,200 pounds in total. After all deductions, she will receive an amount of almost 2,000 pounds.
In Conclusion, this is only an average calculation, but consider this it, when you decide to work in a web cam studio because, in the end, you will know what to expect.
